2. SOLUTION
- Recharge electricity for CBESS during off-peak (low electricity price) and normal hours (normal electricity price)
- Discharge of CBESS stored electrical energy to supply power to businesses during peak hours (high electricity prices)

4. ANALYSIS OF INVESTMENT OPTIONS
4.1. Option: Customer invest
- It is expected that customers will recover their capital after 5.5 years and the system will be used for more than 15 years;
- In addition, after the system is no longer in use, the company Powercentric will commit to buy back with a value of 5% to 10%.
4.2. Option: Powercentric invest
- Powercentric company fully invested
- Customers enjoy 10% of the cost of saving electricity:
+ 10% * (1,718,000,000 VND/year) = 171,800,000 VND/year
- Powercentric company enjoys the remaining 90% of the cost of saving electricity
5. PROPOSED PLAN: CUSTOMERS INVESTMENT PLAN
With the above calculation methods, Powercentric company does not include the benefit when the annual electricity price will increase by 3% to 5%.
